Before Senting your resume, “nine not” standard to check your CV.
1, the modified curriculum vitae. Do not use the low-quality rough paper for saveing money . Check it , whether there are any typesetting, grammatical mistakes, and even water, coffee stains. useing the word processing software, use the spell-checking and invite your friends to check you may overlook the mistakes.
2, Character size. If you need to use two pages to complete the curriculum vitae, clearly, completely demonstrated your experience and achievements . Not compressed layout, should not reduced the word size to the extent that others read it very difcautly.
3, true. Not fictitiou the date or job title to fool the fact that you had lost the past job or replacement frequently or the fact that you engaged in a lower position. If your future employers check your background and found you are lying, then you would say “goodbye” to the new work!
4, the statement you can. If you find you are lack of the work’s experience your are looking for ,not use of the expression of the time in the resume. use the expression of functional or technical expressions, prioritily present your relevant work experience and skills.
5, founch your strengths. Not simply to transcribe the term on the description of the nature of your company personnel handbook. In order to show your more advantages than the other competitors, your need is not simply list your job duties,list your special contribution ,the growth percentage of customers ,increasing of the number of incentives , the prize you have wined.
6、Do not use any excuse. Do not write the reasons on your resume that you leave each work you have engaged in , for example, “companies have been sold,” “Boss is a idiot” or “to hight pay.”
7,what you are doing recently? Not simply to display your each post. Personnel managers are most interested in your experiences within 10 years past, so please focus on the most recent and relevant work experience .
8, determin the target. Do not follow the company’s recruitment advertisements in the Sunday newspapers to post out your resume , do not post the resume, if your work’s requirements and the conditions is far awary from the cry ,carefully read the advertisements, you decide whether there is a suitable qualifications before the drop.
9, please do not send annex. When you send your resume out, your learn, letters of recommendation or incentives copies shoud not be sent, unless you have been specifically requested to do so. If you get the opportunity of the interview, you can bring these materials.
