Student resume very common problem

Too confident
Many of the students have just graduated from the school, will make a problem, that is a good examination results will be is a competent staff.
In fact, many the recruitment have pointed out repeatedly ,a good staff should have both a fine achievement, and also the experience and many talents.
Too confident will make the recruitment unit feel proud of himself,the thought is immature .

Lack of self-confidence
In the letter, students should emphasize their strengths, if you can not avoid referring to  your shortcomings in the letter,
Glossed over as far as possible . It is filled with enthusiasm, or can become an ideal staff, and I wonder if other aspects of the capability and experience are very important.

Not a solemn tone
Most recruiters like the applicants look at things more Objectively , avoided as far as possible useing the words in the letter,like “I think”, “I see”, “I think ” to illustrate their point of view, also like “I  hope that very much ,” “I really love,” and stressed tone.

Negative attitude
In the letter, some students will write on such a cliche: “If your company requested administrative staff employed have the capacity to make decisions and faithful execution to their duties, then I should…….”
This will make people feel that you very passive, non-assertive at work. Modern society emphasizes creativity and courage, and job-seekers writed this letter will not leave a good impression on the people.

Inappropriate
This is the ion countless, and some very laugh (how recruiters will not find it funny).
Students had to write: “I (she is a woman) particularly like strangers.” Or: “This job for me  is  the temptation unable to resist.”
If writed carefully, all the  appropriate rhetoric is completely avoided.

Excessive abbreviated words
You may habit abbreviating their own schools or the required subjects when talking with friends , but it should not be written  in the application like this,
This will only make people feel that you are student gas doing something, and gives people a bad impression.
